1. Clear Data and Cache

1. Go to the Settings menu on your meditec friend's Android phone. After that select Apps & notifications.
2. Then select the Google Play Services or Google Play Services app.
3. After entering the Google Play Services app info page, select Storage.
4. Then click the CLEAR CACHE button.
5. Next click the DELETE STORAGE button.
Done.
Use your Android phone as usual.

2. Do a Factory Reset
